As developers of Portland's number one happy hour website: UrbanDrinks.com, people keep asking us what we think are the best happy hours in Portland. We have our opinions, but it shouldn't be up to us. Eventually we plan on implementing a list of the best happy hours in each city based on user submitted ratings. However, we have been spending far too little time working on the website and too much of our time at happy hours at places such as the Lucky Lab, Teardrop, and Henry's.
